Avanath Capital Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist at our Germantown community in Wisconsin. This role focuses on leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations, delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in sales or customer relations, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, experience with Yardi Voyager, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualificações

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software

Responsabilidades

• Provide A+ customer service at all times.
• Greet and qualify all prospects; record visits.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community and apartment features; close the sale.
• Complete applications and collect deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
• Update availability, process applications, and secure move-in paperwork.
• Follow up with non-closing prospects and refer to sister communities if needed.
• Monitor renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Type leases and input data into Yardi; maintain resident files.
• Distribute notices; maintain monthly commission records; support management.
