Job summary

Qualifications

• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet and qualify all prospects; record all visits; showcase properties; close the sale; process applications and deposits; update availability; ensure move-in readiness; follow up on non-closed leads; orient new residents; assist renewals.
• Administrative: Accept rental payments; prepare leases; input data into Yardi; maintain resident files; distribute notices; track monthly commissions; assist management.
• Resident Retention: Respond to resident requests; coordinate maintenance; communicate with managers; support events; maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
• Adherence to Rules: Conduct business per policies, Fair Housing, ADA; assist Compliance and Community Manager with file maintenance.
