Job summary

Zekelman Industries is seeking a Leasing Associate for the FLATZ 432 community in Midland, TX. You will drive occupancy by delivering a professional, welcoming experience to prospective residents and guiding them through the full leasing cycle with a focus on exceptional service.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings, and a strong ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or residential property management.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Proficient in CRM platforms, leasing software, and other digital business tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to close leases.
Flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Greets and qualifies prospective residents and conducts property tours.
Promotes apartment features and community amenities to drive leasing activity.
Responds promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Processes rental applications, conducts background screenings, and prepares leases.
Facilitates move-ins, renewals, and move-outs for a seamless resident experience.
Maintains accurate records using CRM and leasing systems.
