Job summary

StoneCreek Communities is seeking an energetic leasing professional to drive occupancy at our multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, qualify leads, and guide residents through the leasing process from tour to move-in.

Responsibilities include maintaining condo/market knowledge, applying company policies, coordinating with maintenance, and supporting renewal activity. The role requires strong customer service, sales ability, and CRM proficiency, with Spanish

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in multifamily property management leasing.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred (as stated).

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and tours to prospective residents.
• Maintain knowledge of prices, units, and market comps.
• Follow up with leads within 24 hours using CRM/PMS.
• Coordinate move-ins, show units, and prepare renewal packages.
• Support marketing campaigns and drive community traffic.
