Gates Hudson, a full-service property management company, is seeking a Leasing Manager - Bilingual/Spanish to lead the leasing function at one of our residential communities. This role drives leasing performance, coaches Leasing Consultants, and ensures a high-quality prospect and resident experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a sales mindset, operational discipline, and a hands-on approach to ownership and follow-through. Weekend availability is required for tours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising or mentoring in leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results through others.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and leasing results through strategy and execution.
• Monitor leasing performance, conversions, and market trends.
• Lead, train, and develop Leasing Consultants.
• Oversee leasing documentation, systems, and compliance.
• Ensure tour-ready spaces and model units for prospects.
• Partner with Property Manager and onsite teams for day-to-day operations.
• Stay informed on local market conditions and competitive trends.
• Share insights to support marketing and resident retention.
