Job summary

Gates Hudson is seeking an Assistant Property Manager - Bilingual/Spanish to support the operations, financial administration, and resident relations of a multifamily community. You will partner with the Property Manager to ensure policy compliance, accurate budgeting, and a high-quality resident experience.

The role requires at least two years of multifamily property management experience, strong customer service, and Spanish fluency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required.
• 2+ years in property management, leasing, or related multifamily roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and multifamily regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day property operations in line with policies and applicable laws.
• Supervise and train onsite staff.
• Conduct move-in/move-out inspections.
• Assist with budgeting and expense monitoring.
• Process invoices for payment.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding scheduling and billing.
• Work weekends as needed.
