This role offers pay $16 to $16.50 per hour plus up to $100 commission per rental, with benefits including affordable health insurance, a 401k match, and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service field.
• Bilingual; able to communicate effectively in two languages.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Unmatched dedication to customer service and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process and identify resident needs.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community offerings during tours.
• Support outreach marketing and resident events with creativity.
