Job summary

Middleton Meyers Residential, LLC. is a fully integrated property management services provider seeking a Leasing Professional. You will lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations for multi-family properties and act as the front line of the community office.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, applying product knowledge, processing applications, and maintaining resident files. A flexible schedule, bilingual ability, and prior leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish to aid the portfolio demographic.
• Must have multi family leasing and/or sales experience to be qualified.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including Saturdays.
• Successfully pass a drug and background screen.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times with exemplary customer service and attitude.
• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria; record visits.
• Demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to clients’ needs.
• Assist prospect in completing application and secure deposit.
• Update leasing software and process applications for approvals; follow up on status.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in and maintain resident files.
• Receive calls and visits; handle follow-ups via calls and emails.
• Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments empathetically.
• Submit maintenance requests and inform the maintenance team; answer questions about community, repairs, rent, rules.
