You will handle inquiries by phone and email and support lease renewals, with weekend hours as required. Ideal candidates have apartment industry experience, strong sales and marketing skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment industry experience preferred.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Strong marketing and sales skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with telephone sales presentation.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Meet and qualify prospective residents and collect guest card information.
• Obtain traffic source information and enter in the system.
• Show models and units available for rent.
• Take applications, collect deposits, and process for approval.
• Answer inquiries by phone and email; follow up as needed.
• Assist lease renewals and related duties.
• Open/secure models and maintain show apartments daily.
• Walk the property to inspect rent-ready apartments.
