Job summary

Omninet Capital seeks a Spanish bilingual Leasing Consultant to coordinate all apartment rental activities, move-ins, move outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction, while assisting the Community Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• 1 year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rent apartment homes by generating traffic, responding to inquiries, greeting prospects, touring, qualifying, and closing the sale.
• Visually inspect property areas daily; communicate needs to the Community Manager.
• Demonstrate units, apply product knowledge, and close the sale.
• Process rental applications, collect documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare lease files.
