Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Miami to greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication and closing skills, and the ability to work 2 Saturdays per month. Base pay is $20/hour with additional monthly bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors and residents.
• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests.
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely.
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents.
• Showing apartments.
• Securing leases.

Rate: $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people's lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid FL Driver's License

Rate: $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
