The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong leadership, and a track record in cost control and workforce development to meet budgeted labor costs and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience managing warehouse operations with focus on safety and lean practices.
• Strong leadership with ability to train and coach staff.
• Proven ability to manage inventory accuracy and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
• Apply Lean and 5S principles to ensure efficient workflow with minimal waste.
• Lead inventory management, including shrinkage, turns and fill rate.
• Recruit, train and motivate warehouse staff; manage labor costs.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure budget adherence and cost controls.
• Collaborate with Sales to support market strategy and revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
