Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in lean/six sigma concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to manage branch operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure safety and profitability.
• Lead Lean/5S and housekeeping for efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory accuracy and relationships with Supply Chain.
• Recruit, train, and motivate warehouse staff while controlling labor costs.
• Coordinate with Sales to meet revenue goals and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and branch performance metrics.
