PGW Auto Glass is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Riverside, CA to oversee daily operations, safety, and customer satisfaction. The role drives Lean/5S initiatives, inventory control, and cost management while leading a warehouse team and supporting sales efforts.

You will communicate in English and Spanish, recruit and coach staff, and ensure compliance with all regulations. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a compensation range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish to support Spanish-speaking clients.
• Maintain safety standards for hazard-free warehouse operations and safe driving.
• Apply lean concepts and 5S/Housekeeping to minimize waste and organize the workplace.
• Oversee inventory records and collaborate with Supply Chain on branch stock.
• Lead recruiting, training, and coaching of warehouse staff.
• Control labor costs to meet budgeted targets and monitor expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

Responsibilities
