PNC is seeking a Lead Teller for the Murphy, TX branch to lead customer interactions and banking operations. You will coach tellers, drive excellent service, and help customers achieve financial wellbeing through guidance and referrals.

Spanish language skills are preferred. This in-office role requires a proactive, detail‑oriented professional who can manage daily branch operations and collaborate with the team to meet branch objectives.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree, high school diploma or GED, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience.
• Experience in customer service and sales within a bank setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Educate customers on banking options and referrals to branch staff.
• Engage in lobby activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and hiring processes.
• Ensure daily teller and branch operations are accurate and efficient.
