Job summary

World Famous is seeking a full-time Pre-Cook / Kitchen Production Lead to join our kitchen team and support the Head Chef as a trusted right-hand. You will supervise daily production, organize the team, ensure recipes and portions meet standards, and help maintain food safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has kitchen/prep experience, is bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrates leadership, reliability, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Bilingual English & Spanish – REQUIRED.
• Previous kitchen/prep experience – REQUIRED.
• Leadership and strong communication skills.
• Responsible, dependable, organized, and punctual.
• Strong attention to detail and food quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work well with a team and lead by example.
• Willing to learn, receive feedback, and follow company standards.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Head Chef on daily production.
• Help organize and supervise the production team.
• Ensure recipes, portions, preparation methods, and quality standards are followed.
• Monitor food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ensure production is completed correctly and on time.
• Identify and communicate production issues or shortages.
• Be prepared to take responsibility for production when the Head Chef is unavailable.
• Maintain company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
