Job summary

Meritrust Credit Union is seeking a member service specialist to provide exceptional service to members through live video interactions using Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs). You will assist with banking needs, promote Meritrust products when appropriate, and adapt to extended hours to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to members via Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs).
Assist members with banking needs in a non-English language.
Perform teller functions with accuracy and attention to detail.
Identify and report suspicious activity per regulatory guidelines.
Maintain knowledge of Meritrust products, services, and policies.
Educate members in using ITM technology and digital channels.
