Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for Windows and Linux through walk-up support, remote sessions, phone, and Microsoft Teams (Minimal MacOS Support).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, VPN, authentication, printing, peripheral, and operating system issues.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops and workstations using SCCM, AutoPilot and enterprise deployment standards.
• Prepare and configure workstations for new hires, including monitors, docking stations, peripherals, network connectivity, and required software.
