Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IT asset tracking, and hardware procurement preferred.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or Network Systems Administration preferred, or relevant IT experience/certification.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage IT assets, device inventory, PC refreshes, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate hardware purchases, vendor communications, deliveries, warranties, and IT invoices.
• Maintain support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist with cybersecurity practices, security updates, and multi-factor authentication.
• Collaborate with local IT teams, external support providers, and Japan-based IT teams.
