Job summary

Pasona Inc. in Torrance, CA is seeking a hands-on IT professional to design, deploy, and support enterprise networks and Windows Server environments, with strong Azure and hybrid on‑premises/cloud experience.

The role requires business‑level Japanese and English communication. You will administer Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, virtualization, Intune, and Microsoft 365, provide bilingual remote and on‑site support, participate in on‑call rotations, and help with migrations, upgrades, and security

Qualifications

• Business-level Japanese communication skills.
• At least 3 years of systems engineering experience and 3 years of hands-on Azure experience.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and hybrid on-premises and Microsoft cloud environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience supporting multi-site networks using Cisco, Meraki, FortiGate, or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, wireless networks, site-to-site VPNs, and remote-access VPNs.
• Ability to commute to Torrance for the hybrid schedule, or relocate before starting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networks and Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure.
• Support Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to enterprise customers in Japanese and English.
• Help deliver infrastructure migrations, upgrades, deployments, and implementation projects.
• Monitor systems for availability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Document network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and support processes.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, cloud providers, and other IT teams to resolve issues and complete projects.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and provide occasional after‑hours or weekend support for maintenance or critical incidents.
