Suna Solutions is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA to handle daily IT operations, device management, and user support. The role includes Microsoft 365 administration, asset management, and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates have about 3 years in IT support, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and an associate degree or equivalent IT experience. This is an in-person role for the first 3 months with potential for longer-term placement.

Competenze

• Approximately 3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or endpoint administration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, IT asset tracking, and hardware procurement preferred.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or Network Systems Administration preferred, or relevant IT experience/certification.
• Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage IT assets, device inventory, PC refreshes, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate hardware purchases, vendor communications, deliveries, warranties, and IT invoices.
• Maintain support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Assist with cybersecurity practices, security updates, and multi-factor authentication.
• Collaborate with local IT teams, external support providers, and Japan-based IT teams.
