Job summary

Asahi Kasei America, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to install, modify, and repair hardware and software while delivering IT support and training to end users in English and Spanish.

The role involves supporting a bilingual workforce across Las Vegas and Jean, NV, with regular travel between sites. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential to resolve incidents in ITSM systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• At least three years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• On-site or remote IT support experience preferred (six months).
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Support users globally during available times.
• Assist remote locations as assigned and manage incidents via ITSM system.
• Escalate issues to global groups or external vendors as needed.
• Document resolutions in the knowledge base and confirm with requestors.
• Travel between Las Vegas, NV and Jean, NV sites as required.
