Asahi Kasei America, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to install, modify, and repair hardware and software while delivering user-focused support for a bilingual workforce.

This on-site role splits time between Las Vegas, NV and Jean, NV, with regular travel between sites. Fluent English and Spanish are required; prior experience in office IT support and knowledge of ServiceNow and Intune are valued.

Qualifications

• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Customer service oriented with reliable communication skills.
• Experience in on-site IT support and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Support users during available time globally via ITSM tools.
• Prioritize incidents and requests; resolve and document outcomes.
• Escalate to global groups or vendors as needed; maintain knowledge base.
• Occasional on-site visits to other sites for support.
