Asahi Kasei America, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Analyst to install, modify and repair hardware and software while delivering user-focused IT support. Fluency in English and Spanish is required as the role supports a bilingual workforce.

The position covers ServiceDesk duties, global IT projects, and demands strong communication and customer service skills. Travel between Las Vegas, NV and Jean, NV is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field, or an IT certification, is preferred.
• At least three years of IT support experience.
• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Support users and resolve incidents across global IT services.
• Assist remote locations and prioritize incidents with realistic dates.
• Document resolutions in ITSM and update knowledge base.
• On-site support may require travel between Las Vegas and Jean, NV.
• Collaborate with global IT team to establish standards.
