Qualifications

• Must have minimum 6 months of production experience in BOSC program.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Diagnose, resolve, and follow up on user issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
• Document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide remote support for users at remote offices or home offices.
