Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual IT Specialist to support an IT system improvement and development project. You will collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on project administration, coordination, documentation, and system-related processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

Support IT system improvement and development activities with internal IT teams and external vendors.
Coordinate vendor onboarding, system access requests, user/account setup, and IT-related processes.
Serve as liaison between technical teams, business users, and vendors to ensure clear communication.
Track system-related tasks, issues, action items, deliverables, and milestones.
Assist with system documentation, project trackers, specifications, and records.
Coordinate testing and issue tracking with technical teams and vendors.
Coordinate IT requests, approvals, and system changes.
