Candidates should have a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering and 5+ years of IT experience, with SAP experience preferred and fluency in Japanese and English. Travel to U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent Japanese and English required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison between headquarters IT in Japan and U.S. employees and management.
• Support and administer ERP/SAP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and other corporate IT systems.
• Assist IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, user access, and data interfaces.
• Coordinate with U.S. users and Japan HQ to resolve issues and requests.
• Document system changes, issues, resolutions, and procedures.
• Provide training and technical guidance on ERP and other applications.
• Travel occasionally as required.
