Job summary

Overture Promotions is seeking an Inventory Supervisor - Bilingual on-site in Illinois. You will oversee inventory control, lead the kitting operation, and ensure accuracy between system and physical stock, while promoting safety and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in inventory control, leadership experience, and bilingual English/Spanish. Strong WMS experience (NetSuite and RF Smart) is preferred to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control within a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years of experience using a WMS (NetSuite and RF Smart preferred).
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience supporting kitting operations and account-specific inventory programs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory processes (cycle counts, reconciliation, stock control).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Forklift certified with experience using stand-up reach equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory control activities including cycle counts, transfers, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the WMS.
• Develop and improve inventory management procedures for optimal stock levels.
• Lead the kitting operation ensuring timely, accurate kit assembly.
• Monitor stock balance for key programs ensuring system vs. physical alignment.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to kitting and outbound fulfillment.
• Train and coach team members on inventory processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with receiving, picking, packing, kitting, and shipping to ensure workflow.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely when trained and certified.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
