Zusammenfassung

Encompass Community Services seeks a full‑time clinician to perform clinical assessments determining care levels for individuals seeking SUD treatment and co‑occurring conditions. You will manage access into SUD services, use Avatar/ARMS, and work with managers and counselors to implement evidence‑based approaches.

Responsibilities include screening and intake, coordinating referrals, and supporting participants’ entry into treatment, with bilingual English/Spanish communication essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with co-occurring conditions (SUD and Mental Health).
• Experience performing assessments, writing clinical summaries and treatment plans.
• In-depth understanding of ASAM assessment and Level of Care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Support Encompass SUD facilities in Santa Cruz and Watsonville.
• Provide screening, assessment, and intake using ASAM ALOC.
• Oversee referral flow and all access processes into SUD services.
• Respond to and document program and participant issues clearly.
• Provide health and Medi-Cal outreach and access assistance.
• Screen and assess individuals currently incarcerated.
