Special Service for Groups, Inc. seeks a Certified SUD Counselor to deliver individual and group counseling to DMC program clients under the supervision of the DMC Program Manager.

You will conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and recovery services, with documentation within 24 hours and data entry into the EHR/PCNX system. Spanish language services may be required to meet client needs, and confidentiality will be strictly maintained.

Competenze

• Certified SUD Counselor with approved certifying board.
• At least 5 years of SUD counseling experience.
• Ability to conduct intakes/assessments and treatment planning.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide individual and group SUD counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Perform case management and care coordination.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and relapse prevention plans.
• Document progress notes daily and input data into EHR/PCNX.
• Comply with HIPAA CFR42 and funding requirements.
