The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and Spanish, can manage multiple tasks, and works well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and care for clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 1+ year experience in a similar role or equivalent education.
• Computer literate with standard office productivity software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to build trust from first contact.
• Assess client situations and explain the best course of action.
• Communicate across phone, text, chat, and email with empathy.
• Enter data accurately and follow up on potential cases.
• Collaborate with the team while able to work independently.
• Smoothly hand off clients to the case team.
