TORKLAW seeks a Case Coordinator (Plaintiff Personal Injury) to move cases from inception to settlement, maintaining organized files and communicating with clients, attorneys, and providers. The role emphasizes compassionate client service, team collaboration, and efficient case progression.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in plaintiff PI, strong communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required. Salary: $60K+ DOE. Chicago, IL area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Collaborative team player with professional client service.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Maintain organized case files, records, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and others.
• Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other materials.
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients during the claims process.
• Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations.
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines and follow-ups are met.
• Work with attorneys and staff to move cases toward resolution.
• Provide compassionate, professional client service in sensitive situations.
