Job summary

OnderLaw LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Bilingual Intake Representative (English/Spanish) to be the firm’s first point of contact for prospective clients seeking personal injury and product liability representation.

You will promptly handle inbound calls and emails, gather case details, assess eligibility, record information in SmartAdvocate, and maintain ongoing client communication throughout the intake process. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with precise record-keeping.
• Experience in customer service or intake preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promptly handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential clients seeking legal representation.
• Gather information from potential clients to collect pertinent details regarding their legal cases.
• Evaluate information to determine if the case meets criteria and identify key issues.
• Record and maintain detailed records in the case management system (SmartAdvocate).
• Follow up with potential clients to provide updates and maintain communication throughout the intake process.
