RiseBoro Community Partnership in New York City seeks an Intake Specialist to support the Empowerment programs at our 184 Wyckoff Ave location. You will welcome clients, review eligibility, and connect them with community resources while representing RiseBoro in the community.

Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, referrals, and outreach to publicize services. Fluency in English and Spanish, strong customer service, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in social services preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and coordinate the intake process.
• Review eligibility documentation and determine next steps.
• Schedule appointments and referrals.
• Maintain daily logs and data entry of client interactions.
• Communicate with partners and providers to connect clients with resources.
