RiseBoro Community Partnership seeks an Intake Specialist to act as the primary contact for the Atlas, SEPS, SSVF, Homebase and STEHP programs. You will screen for eligibility, schedule intakes, and coordinate referrals with staff, while handling data entry and client communications.
Your role includes outreach to promote services, maintaining a welcoming reception area, and ensuring documentation compliance per contract guidelines. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

The Community Empowerment Center site, located at 90 Beaver Street administers the Atlas (SEPS), SSVF, Homebase and STEHP programs. The Intake Specialist is the primary point of contact for each program. This position requires a high level of professionalismin appearance, demeanor and in interacting with perspective clients, service providers, funding agencies, and community stakeholders. He/she coordinates the intake process, reviews eligibility documentation, schedules appointments, makes referrals, and determines the services to be rendered based on an evaluation of each case.
