The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of personal injury intake or case management experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and leverage Abacus Law and Filevine to maintain precise client records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in personal injury intake or case management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience conducting intake interviews and gathering case information

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and referrals
• Conduct intake interviews to gather accident details, injuries, insurance information, and documentation
• Perform preliminary case screenings based on firm criteria
• Explain intake process and next steps to clients
• Assist clients with completing intake forms and onboarding agreements
• Coordinate with attorneys and case managers for timely case review
• Maintain accurate client records in Abacus Law and Filevine
• Follow up on missing information and next steps
• Ensure professional, empathetic, and confidential client interactions
