You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to provide exceptional service, maintain compliant records, and contribute to streamlined intake processes that enhance patient experience and care continuity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin coursework is a plus.
• Bilingual - Spanish/English required.
• Healthcare setting experience, especially intake or related role.

Responsabilités

• Collect and verify patient information during intake.
• Coordinate appointments and provide necessary information to patients.
• Enter patient data into electronic health records accurately.
• Maintain organized records compliant with healthcare regulations.
• Serve as a patient contact with empathy and professionalism.
