Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispense medications as needed.
• Support clinical requests from patients or providers.
• Ensure patient information privacy per HIPAA regulations.
• Process consent forms accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate telemedicine requests for medications.
• Triages incoming faxes and routes to appropriate personnel.
• Create clinical forms such as medical clearance or FMLA forms.
• Coordinate scheduling of patient visits with schedulers when necessary.
