Job summary

Turning Point of Central California is seeking an Intake Coordinator who is fluent in English and Spanish to process referrals for Children's Mental Health services. The role involves logging referrals into the EMR, determining eligibility, and coordinating intake assessments with families and partners.

Responsibilities include maintaining EMR accuracy, providing excellent customer service, and supporting outreach and transportation-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Log and enter all new referrals into the EMR in a timely manner.
• Determine eligibility of new intakes before initial appointment.
• Meet with parents/guardians to complete admission documentation.
• Maintain integrity of clinical information in the EMR.
• Coordinate intake assessments with program staff and community partners.
