Turning Point of Central California seeks a Mental Health Specialist/Case Manager IV to support children, youth and families in Fresno. The role delivers targeted mental health and case management services in homes, schools, and community sites, including tele-health and clinics.

With bilingual Spanish preference, you will document thoroughly, collaborate with partners, and adhere to Medi-Cal guidelines while maintaining productivity and compliance metrics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in social work or counseling.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check, drug screen, and TB test required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mental health services and case management to clients in homes, schools, community locations, tele-health, and clinics.
• Deliver direct services including group or individual counseling and rehabilitation skills per Plan of Care.
• Collaborate with community partners and maintain documentation per Medi-Cal guidelines.
• Submit documentation and billing promptly; meet monthly metrics and deadlines.
• Drive agency business as needed; maintain program presence and attend trainings.
