Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English; bilingual required.
• Property and Casualty license (or willingness to obtain).
• Life and Health licenses (must obtain after hire).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable learning and using computer functions and software.
• Commitment to licensing, product updates, and ongoing education.
• Ability to provide timely and thorough activity reports to agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers; assist in Spanish and English.
• Address policy inquiries, changes, claims, and billing.
• Educate clients on insurance options with a needs-based approach.
• Maintain knowledge of products, licensing, and industry practices.
• Document and report activity to the agency team and leadership.
• Collaborate with team to meet agency goals.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service via phone, email, or in-person.
