Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (bilingual proficiency required).
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong written, verbal and listening communication in both languages.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and quotas preferred.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred; willing to obtain if not licensed.

Responsibilities
