Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service on topics such as insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, coverages, claims, and billing.
• Educate clients about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
• Assist clients with claim submissions, policy transfers, and billing inquiries.
• Respond to client inquiries in both Spanish and English.
• Utilize agency systems to document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support.
