LHH is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to support clients in a fast-paced insurance environment. You will handle inbound communications in English and Spanish, document interactions, and resolve policy questions with accuracy and empathy.

In this role you will navigate multiple systems, maintain service levels, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a superior customer experience while upholding privacy and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 1–3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or call centers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in English and Spanish.
• Assist policyholders with questions on coverage, billing, claims status, and policy changes.
• Document all interactions in CRM and internal systems accurately.
• Resolve issues timely while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Process policy updates and account changes.
• Collaborate with claims, underwriting, and other internal teams for escalated issues.
• Educate customers on policy options and services.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
