E&L Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative in Miami. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and combines client service with proactive insurance solutions.

You will build relationships, handle inquiries, prepare quotes, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining accurate records. Training is provided, with a supportive team and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and comfortable speaking with clients.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred but training will be provided.
• A Florida insurance license is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Assist clients with insurance inquiries, policy questions, and service requests.
• Help prepare insurance quotes and follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend insurance solutions that meet clients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage daily tasks in an organized and timely manner.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance companies, and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Follow up with clients to support retention and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
