Competenze

• Florida Property & Casualty license is a plus (440 license preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate with diverse clients.
• Experience in insurance sales or customer service required.
• On-site presence in Miramar, FL.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to new and existing clients in English and a second language
• Build long-term relationships rooted in trust and exceptional service
• Recommend coverage that fits each client's needs
• Generate new business through outreach, referrals, and follow-up
• Meet and exceed sales goals as part of a supportive team

Requirements

• Florida insurance licenses for Property & Casualty Insurance, although not mandatory, is a plus, 440 license highly desired
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
• Previous experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Able to work on-site in Miramar, FL
