You're bilingual, you enjoy talking with people, and you want your work to lead somewhere. At Carlos Chargoy Agency, you’ll help families and businesses in the Hispanic community protect what they’ve worked for while building your own career with an established Allstate agency in Irving that has served the community for over 30 years.

As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Rep, you’ll spend your days connecting with leads, learning what customers need, and recommending the right auto, home, life, and other insurance products. You’ll have warm leads to work on, along with hands‑on training and licensing assistance, so you can build your skills and confidence from day one.

This is a hybrid remote position with a team that values being driven, accountable, friendly, intentional, and committed to integrity. You’ll have people around you who want to see you improve, while still being expected to take ownership of your goals and results.

First-year earnings are around $55,000-$75,000, with opportunities to earn more through performance and bonuses. As the agency expands, strong performers can move into senior sales, leadership, or management roles, with a potential path toward agency ownership.
