Carlos Chargoy Allstate in Irving is seeking a bilingual Insurance Sales Rep to help families and businesses protect their assets. You will work with warm leads, learn customer needs, and recommend auto, home, life, and other insurance products.

The role offers hands-on training, licensing assistance, and a clear path for growth within an established agency. This hybrid remote position provides opportunities to earn first-year earnings around $55,000–$75,000 with bonuses, and room to advance

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through insurance quotes and sales.
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Cross-sell additional products to new and existing customers.
• Build relationships, referrals, and five-star customer reviews.
• Maintain accurate notes, sales activity, and follow-up tasks.
• Meet individual and agency sales and production goals.

At Carlos Chargoy Agency, you’ll help families and businesses in the Hispanic community protect what they’ve worked for while building your own career with an established Allstate agency in Irving that has served the community for over 30 years. As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Rep, you’ll spend your days connecting with leads, learning what customers need, and recommending the right auto, home, life, and other insurance products. You’ll have warm leads to work on, along with hands-on training and licensing assistance, so you can build your skills and confidence from day one. This is a hybrid remote position with a team that values being driven, accountable, friendly, intentional, and committed to integrity. You’ll have people around you who want to see you improve, while still being expected to take ownership of your goals and results. First-year earnings are around $55,000-$75,000, with opportunities to earn more through performance and bonuses. As the agency expands, strong performers can move into senior sales, leadership, or management roles, with a potential path toward agency ownership.
