Joe Frangieh - State Farm Agent in Campbell, CA is hiring motivated individuals for a Sales Representative role in our fast-paced insurance team. We provide extensive training, ongoing support, and a clear path to develop sales skills while helping customers protect their assets with insurance products.

Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish, proactive, and capable of building relationships from a cold start.

Formación

• Bi-lingual in Spanish required.
• Property & Casualty and Life licenses (must be able to obtain).
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
