Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).

Responsibilities

• Explain coverage options, pricing, and policy details clearly.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build rapport and provide ongoing support throughout policy lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM records (notes, quotes, applications, follow-ups).
• Collaborate with team to improve sales processes and outcomes.
• Stay current on products, underwriting, and compliance policies.
• Convert leads and follow up promptly for a smooth experience.
